XD1000-02P3-4B1111 — 0.75 kW Variable Speed Drive for Three-Phase 415V Applications
The Lauritz Knudsen xD1000 series variable frequency drive (VFD) is engineered for precise motor speed control in industrial and commercial applications. The XD1000-02P3-4B1111 delivers 0.75 kW (Heavy Duty) output on a 380–460V three-phase supply, making it ideal for pumps, fans, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
Advanced motor control modes
This drive supports V/F (2-point), Pump U²/F, Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), and Slip Compensation — giving you full flexibility from simple fan duty all the way to demanding process applications that require tight speed regulation.
Compact frame S1 design
Measuring just 72 × 143 × 140 mm and weighing only 0.8 kg, the S1 frame fits easily into tight control panels. The fanless, self-cool design eliminates noise and reduces maintenance — no fan replacements, no blocked airways.
Built-in Modbus RTU communication
A front-mounted RJ45 connector provides native Modbus RTU communication over 2-wire RS485 at up to 38400 bps, enabling seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and building management platforms without additional communication modules.
Comprehensive I/O and PID control
Four digital inputs, one analog input (0–10V / 0–20mA), one relay output, one transistor output, and one analog output give you full process connectivity. The integrated PID controller with sleep/wake-up, predictive speed, and auxiliary pump control is ready for closed-loop pressure or flow regulation out of the box.
Protections that keep your system running
Motor protection (overload, short circuit, phase loss), drive protection (IGBT overheat, over/undervoltage, input phase loss), and process protection (overspeed, process overload, PI feedback fault) are all built in. Fault Inhibition (Fire Mode) ensures continuous operation in life-safety scenarios.
CE and RoHS compliant
Meets IEC 61800-3, IEC 61800-5-1, and IEC 60721-3. CE marked. RoHS compliant. An external C3 EMC filter (sold separately) is required for full IEC/EN 61800-3 C3 compliance.
