🛑 Order Cancellation Policy
🔹 Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- To cancel, contact our customer support as soon as possible.
🔹 After Shipment
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may still be possible.
- In such cases, shipping & handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
🔹 After Delivery
- Cancellations are not allowed once the product has been delivered.
- You may initiate a return only if the item is damaged or defective.

- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- After verification, we will arrange pickup and offer a full refund or replacement.

🚫 Non-returnable Items
